Our team of agents strive to achieve professional service with state of the art equipment. Some of the key services that Done Rite performs include, but is not limited to, the following:
- Secured lot - We take pride in our lots to ensure all of our clients' collateral is kept safe and secure. We have a 24-hour surveillance system; all supervisors have remote access using their Smartphone to ensure the client's collateral is safe. There is also an attendant on the premises who is ready to return the vehicle upon the client's authorization.
- Skip Tracing - We execute the additional work to find the vehicle. We understand that at times, vehicles may be moved without prior notification and/or debtors are unfortunately unwilling to surrender their vehicles to the finance company without providing its location.
- Certified Repossession Agents - We hire agents and certify them through C.A.R.S. (Certified Asset Recovery Specialist) to better serve our clients. The C.A.R.S. certification ensures that the agents understand all applicable laws and safety requirements.
- Field Supervisors - We conduct field checks by a supervisor. What this means is that we are out in the field validating addresses, descriptions, neighbors, other vehicles, etc. and match them against what our agents report.
- Certification of Insurance - We carry a wide range of insurance plans including general liability, on-hook coverage, wrongful repossession, garage keepers and drive-away coverage as well as a dishonesty bonds. All clients are named as an additional insured. We understand that you can never be too safe. This insurance covers all of our trucks as well.
- Our Fleet - We currently have 10 Self-loading tow trucks 1 flatbed; all trucks are equipped with 360 degree audio & video surveillance to protect us and our clients. We are running 9 Sets of LPR Cameras throughout all our service areas; scanning over 1 million plates per month.
- Licensing - Our company and all agents are licensed under the ICC to be in compliance with the new Illinois Collateral Recovery Act.
- Office Staff - Our staff is willing to do all we can to locate those hard to find debtors. We offer a wide number of special services.
- Field reports faxed or online daily, when requested, Condition reports and Invoices supplied via internet upon each repossession.
- Personal Property letters sent to certified mail to every debtor after repossession.
- We have the ability to front fees for vehicle impoundments.
- Delivery of vehicles to local auctions upon request
